\u4e86\u89e3\u6291\u90c1\u75c7\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u4fb5\u88ad\u60a8\u7684<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>\u4e0e\u60a8\u7684\u4eb2\u53cb\u63a2\u8ba8<\/strong><br \/>\u60a8\u65e0\u9700\u72ec\u81ea\u9762\u5bf9\u6291\u90c1\u3002\u60a8\u7684\u4eb2\u4eba\u662f\u60a8\u7684\u5b89\u6170\u4e4b\u6e90\u548c\u611f\u60c5\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u53ef\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u9009\u62e9\u533b\u751f\u6216\u6cbb\u7597\u4e13\u5bb6\u3002\u8bb8\u591a\u60a3\u8005\u4e0e <a href=\"https:\/\/depressionhurts.ca\/zh-hans\/manage\/social-life\">\u4eb2\u53cb<\/a> \u8c08\u8bba\u6291\u90c1\u75c7\u72b6\u540e\u53ef\u5f97\u5230\u5bbd\u6170\u3002<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>\u4e0e\u533b\u751f\u4f1a\u89c1<\/strong><br \/>\u4e0e\u60a8\u7684\u533b\u751f\u6216\u5176\u5b83\u533b\u62a4\u4eba\u5458\u63a2\u8ba8\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u7684\u75c7\u72b6\u3002\u5982\u60a8\u771f\u7684\u60a3\u6709\u6291\u90c1\u75c7\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c06\u4e0e\u60a8\u4e00\u540c\u5236\u5b9a\u51fa\u4e00\u5957\u9002\u5b9c\u60a8\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u60a8\u7684\u533b\u751f\u53ef\u80fd\u8fd8\u4f1a\u5efa\u8bae\u60a8\u4f1a\u89c1\u8bf8\u5982\u7cbe\u795e\u75c5\u533b\u751f\u6216\u7406\u7597\u533b\u5e08\u4e4b\u7c7b\u7684\u4e13\u5bb6\u3002\u6d4f\u89c8\u66f4\u591a
